About our classes

Ante Natal classes: These classes are a complete exercise, toning and relaxation programme for pregnancy. Classes are suitable throughout pregnancy, and any contra-indications/ cautions will be discussed on enquiry (screening).

Post Natal mum and baby classes: Return to exercise with these structured and interactive classes that increase all over strength and toning after your baby's birth.

Classes are an hour long.
